Step 1: Getting to know you better

For the first meeting, we seek to understand your unique design and creative needs. We will also examine the site location and take measurements to establish the right fit.

 

Step 2: Brainstorming ideas and possibilities

We will present the various mix & match options according to your preference. A budget will be set based on this discussion. After some fine-tuning, you will give us the green light for commencement of the project.

 

Step 3: Start production work

After confirmation of the final measurements and other relevant details, our in-house sewing team will start creating your masterpiece. We ensure strict quality control throughout the entire production process.

 

Step 4: Installation work

Upon completion of the curtains, our in-house installers will get to work on-site under the supervision of Sun Villa's owner. He will be on-site to handle your inquiries and ensure that the job is done to your satisfaction.

 

Step 5: Post-sale assurance

Sun Villa's owner will visit your on-site location a few days after the installation. He will personally conduct the final inspection to ensure everything is in order. He will also address any of your concerns to give you total peace of mind.
